We utterly condemn the inhumane terrorist attacks perpetrated at Brussels Zaventem Airport and Maelbeek Metro Station, resulting in death and injury of many innocent people. These appalling terrorist attacks in Brussels, the heart of Europe, once again targeted the civilized world and universal values.

Turkey, recently deeply shaken by the horrors of terrorism, sincerely shares the agony of the friendly people of Belgium. We extend our most heartfelt condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives as well as to the Belgian government and people and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded. We would like to reiterate that we are ready to provide all kinds of support to our ally Belgium in their fight against terrorism.

Turkey, countering simultaneously multiple terrorist organizations such as DEASH, PKK and DHKP/C, will resolutely maintain its solidarity with the international community and its allies against all kinds of terrorism and violent mentality.
