We have learned with deep sorrow that a Tupolev-154 type plane of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation carrying 84 passengers and 8 crew
members crashed into the Black Sea this morning.
We convey our condolences to the families and relatives of those who lost their lives, and to the friendly people and state of Russia.
