The compulsory quarantine duration for travellers arriving in Türkiye from Afghanistan and those who have visited Afghanistan in the last 14 days has been updated as 10 days. If the PCR test applied on the 7th day of the quarantine is negative, the mandatory quarantine will be terminated. If the PCR test is positive, the Ministry of Health COVID19 guideline will be applied.

Mandatory quarantine may be applied in dormitories determined by the Governorships or in accommodation facilities serving as quarantine hotels. Details regarding quarantine hotels, accommodation fees, transfers of travellers from the border gates, etc. will be determined and announced by the Governorships.
